Release date: 21 September 2026

This release adds more groups for assigning events and audits, and lets you link forms to calendar events and assets. Employees can open the relevant forms from an event or an asset QR scan in the Engage mobile app.

More groups for event and audit assignment

The assignment options now include:

  • Branch Managers
  • Division Managers
  • Branch H&S Contacts

Select the appropriate group when assigning the event or audit.

See Creating and Managing Audits and Events.

Link forms to calendar events

When setting up a calendar event on the web, select Yes under Link forms to event? and choose the relevant forms before saving.

For example, link a Site Safety Inspection form to a scheduled site audit so the form is available with the event details.

  1. In the mobile app, open Calendar.
  2. Select the event under Manually Created Events.
  3. Under Forms for this event, tap the form to begin, then complete and submit it.

Form submission and event completion are tracked separately. Submitting a linked form does not mark the event as completed. Update the event separately as required.

See Using the Engage Calendar.

Link forms to assets

When adding or editing an asset on the web, you can now select forms to link to it. This puts relevant checks within reach of the person using or inspecting the asset.

  1. In the mobile app, open QRCode Scanner and scan the asset’s QR code.
  2. Tap View Report to access the asset report.
  3. Under Complete forms for this asset, select a form to begin, then complete and submit it.

For example, link a vehicle check form to a ute so staff can access the check when scanning its QR code.

See Linking Assets to other areas of Engage and Forms.
