Release date: 8 October 2026
This release makes it easier to connect forms with everyday work, manage risks and identify items that need attention. Updates include a refreshed web login screen, more calendar assignment options, forms linked to events and assets, improvements to the Risk Register and risk matrix, and clearer reporting on control failures and overdue work.
The Engage web login screen has a fresh new layout, with a welcome panel and clearly labelled sign-in fields.
You can now assign calendar events and audits to these additional groups:
Select the appropriate group when assigning the event or audit.
Attach the relevant forms to a calendar event so employees can open them directly from the event in the Engage mobile app.
When setting up an event on the web, select Yes under Link forms to event?, choose the relevant forms and save.
For example, link a Site Safety Inspection form to a scheduled site audit so staff have the form alongside the event details.
To complete a linked form in the mobile app:

When adding or editing an asset on the web, you can now link forms to it. This gives staff quick access to relevant checks when they scan the asset’s QR code in the Engage mobile app.
For example, link a vehicle check form to a ute so staff can open the check from its QR code.

The new Risk Management menu brings risk records and critical-control reporting together on the web:
Mobile functionality is unchanged.
The filter section on the Risk Register listing page has been reorganised to make the available filters easier to view and use.
Risk Type now appears at the top of the add/edit risk page. When you select a risk type, the consequence wording in the risk matrix adjusts to match that type.
A new Security option has also been added to the Risk Type dropdown for general security risks.
When linking a known risk to an incident, you can now record a Control Outcome for each selected control measure:
In the incident’s Health & Safety Input, select the relevant controls under Link to Control Measures, then choose the outcome that reflects the investigation findings.
The Top 5 Most Frequently Linked Critical Controls report now includes a Main Failure Reason column. It shows the most commonly selected control outcome for each listed control, helping you identify recurring issues and focus corrective work.
Find the report under Risk Management > Critical Risk / Controls, on the Critical Controls tab.

The Activity Overview / branch report now includes summaries of:
These summaries make it easier to see where follow-up is needed.
