Changing Your Engage Password

You can change your Engage password at any time while you are signed in, using either the web version of Engage or the mobile app.
Before you begin
If you cannot sign in, use the forgotten password process instead. For help signing in, see Logging In to Engage.
Quick steps
- Open your profile menu.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password and your new password, then save the change.
1 Change your password in the web version
Select your name in the top-left corner, then choose Change Password.
2 Enter and save your new password
Enter your current or temporary password, enter your new password, and select Save.
Your new password must contain at least eight characters, including one uppercase letter and one number.

3 Change your password in the mobile app
Select your profile picture in the top-right corner, choose Change Password, then enter your current and new passwords and save the change.
