The July 2025 release introduced offline Hazardous Substance information, Hazardous Substance QR labels, Critical Risk and Critical Control functionality, Incident control links and new reporting.
The information below records what changed in that release. Current functionality may include later enhancements described in more recent release notes and knowledge-base articles.
Hazardous Substance information was made available offline through the Engage mobile application.
Full Safety Data Sheet documents were excluded from offline access.
A QR code can be downloaded for each Hazardous Substance stored in Engage.
The QR code is formatted as a printable label that can be attached to the applicable substance container. Scanning the QR code through the Engage application opens the associated Safety Data Sheet.
Risks and individual control measures can be identified as Critical.
Critical Risks and Critical Controls are displayed with identifying icons on the Risk Register listing in the web application and mobile application.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) can also be linked to Risks. Linked SOP documents are available through both the web and mobile applications.
In addition to linking an Incident to a Risk Register record, relevant control measures can be linked during the Incident investigation.
The relationships are then available through the Risk Register and Critical Risk Control reporting.
The Critical Risk and Control Report was introduced for users with Company Admin or Company Health & Safety authority.
The report shows Critical Risks and Controls linked through Incident investigations.
The Incident Insight Report was introduced to bring key Incident measures and breakdowns together in one report.
