The May 2026 release introduced several improvements to Asset maintenance within Engage.
These changes make maintenance information easier to review and provide more control over maintenance assignments and history.
Asset maintenance improvements
Maintenance display and status
- Asset maintenance information can now be collapsed and expanded.
- Status flags have been added to maintenance records.
Maintenance creation and assignment
- Engage no longer repeatedly creates overlapping maintenance where earlier maintenance has not been completed.
- Maintenance can now be unassigned from an Asset.
- Unassigned maintenance history is separated by maintenance type.
