Audits and Events

Audits & Events allow you to create a record of an audit/event requirement that can be recorded in Engage. These can be customised to fit your companies' requirements. 

To create a new Audit & Event, click on Audits & Events / 'New Event'.



Fill in the relevant form. Note that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.



You have the option to invite Engage employees or external people as necessary. They will receive alerts once the form is saved. 

If you require an employee to View the audit/event but not be given permissions to edit, simply click the 'Add View Only' box and include the relevant employee there. 

Once an Event is created, you have the option to 'View' and add Actions or Documents as required. Notification emails will be sent to those employees who are assigned the action alongside the due date of when the action is required to be completed. These actions can be referenced at a later date as required for auditing purposes.
