If you have forgotten your password, please click on 'Lost Password?' on the Web login screen.
Engage will then take you to another screen where you will need to enter your email that your account is linked to.
You will then be sent an email link to reset your password. Please check your junk folder if you are unable to see the email in your inbox.
If you would like to reset your password via the mobile app, you can change this whilst logged in by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then tap 'Change Password' with following the prompts. Please note, passwords must have a minimum of eight characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
If you have forgotten your password before you log on, please tap 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts.
Another method to change your password if needed is to contact your Engage Administrator, and they are able to resend your login details by clicking 'Resend Login Details' next to your name under the Employees Listing Page.
