Recording a New Hazard
Anyone can log a hazard in Engage. To create a new hazard, click on Health & Safety / Hazards / "New Hazard".
Fill out the form, note that boxes with a red asterisk are compulsory fields.
Once a hazard has been logged, the branch H&S contacts will receive an email notification of the new hazard.
Hazards can be viewed, updated, completed, or removed as required by the branch H&S contacts.
Hazard Actions
To list an action against a hazard, click on Health & Safety / Hazards / "View" against the relevant hazard / Actions / "New Action".

Fill out the form as required. Note that fields with a red asterisk are compulsory fields.
Employees that are allocated to the action will receive an email notification with the due date, and it will also appear on their Engage dashboard via the web, as well as in the Your Actions section of the Engage app.

Uploading Documents
You can upload relevant documents against each hazard in the hazard register. To do this, click on Health & Safety / Hazards / "View" on the relevant hazard / Documents / "New Document".

To record a new hazard, click on the Record a Hazard button, and then click on the (+) button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Fill in the following form, note that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
Once you have completed and saved the form, you will be given a prompt that will allow you to upload a photo relating to the hazard as required.
