Messaging Service

Engage provides a Text Messaging service that can send selected employees a text message as and when needed. There is an option to send a text out to all employees, or you can select specific employees to notify as required. Please note that only those with Company Admin rights have the ability to send SMS texts. 

There is an additional charge per SMS sent. Please note we will only charge for any 'accepted' texts from the network, we do not include any bounced numbers in the total cost. The total amount includes an individual charge per sent text to each user, and the message will be sent from a 4-digit phone number that you will not be able to reply to. 

You then have the ability to view to see who received the text after it has been sent.
