To build a report, click on Reports / Report Builder / "New Report". You can also view or delete saved reports as required.
Select the type of report required from the options listed in the left hand column. Each report type allows you to further customise the report depending on the branch / role / cost centre etc as required.
Once the report information has loaded, you can amend the report by selecting or removing Columns and / or adding filters as needed. You can rearrange the listing columns simply by dragging and dropping the column headings.
When ready click on "Run Report" to initiate Column fields and filters.
Once you have completed your report format requirements, you have the option to Save the report for future use which will appear on the main screen of Reports / Report Builder as above.
You also have the ability to either export the report into CSV or Excel format, select "Print" for a print ready format, or you can Copy the data and paste it into any other application.
Please note, what you see within the report builder will depend on your Engage authorities.
