Driver Licence Information

To set up drivers' licence information against an employee, go to Employees on the main menu, and click "View" next to the relevant employee.


Click on Documents / Driver Licence / Update Details.



Fill in all of the relevant boxes. Please note that boxes with a red asterisk are compulsory.



You can also include an image of the employee's driver's licence by clicking on the "Upload Photo" button.

These details can be changed by the administrator at any time if required. Alternatively, you can click "Edit"
next to the employee profile, and tick the 'Driver Info' box, which will expand all of the relevant fields to 
enable you to save driver information against an employee. Once complete, click Save.




If you are receiving unwanted driver's licence expiry reminders, we recommend storing the new driver's licence
information against the employee to amend to the new expiry date, or clicking on Employees / "Edit" and uncheck the 'Driver Info'
field to remove the current attached licence information. 

Engage Solutions does not condone employees driving with an expired driver's licence. 

Please note, by unchecking this field, you will lose all previous driver's licence data for the employee (this information will 
retain in the change log but will no longer show on their profile).
