Internal Suppliers

To set up an internal supplier within Engage, click on Customer Admin / Suppliers / "New Supplier".

Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority will be able to add new suppliers.

Fill in the relevant form, note that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory. The contact information inputted here is the direct contact for ordering when this Supplier Name is selected. 


Once your supplier has been created, you can then click on Customer Admin / Products / Maintenance / "New Product" to create a new product that can be ordered from this internal supplier. Select the relevant supplier when using the drop-down:


Once the product has been created, you can then allocate this to a Uniform. To learn more about Uniforms, please click here.

External Suppliers

Engage also has the ability to connect with external suppliers. You will see a list of existing suppliers when you click on Customer Admin / Suppliers. If you are interested in connecting with one of our existing suppliers, either click on "Share Your Details" or email us at support@engagesolutions.co.nz and we can organise an introduction. 

Once your site has been connected with an external supplier, the external supplier can upload their product list from their own Engage login. Please note, this is a very different site to the Original Engage, and they will not be able to see any information you have loaded into your Engage external to Uniform products. 

The external supplier has the ability to alter pricing and add new products as these arise using their own Engage portal. Once these have been uploaded, you simply need to go to Customer Admin / Uniforms / "New Uniform" to allocate these to employees.
