If you find that there are similar risks that appear across your branches, you are able to Copy the risk information from one branch over to another. You can either do this individually, or in bulk.
To individually copy a risk over to a new branch, click on the "Copy" button on the right hand side of the risk.
Once you click on the Copy button, you will see all of the information of the risk pre-populated, you just need to amend the branch and any other information applicable to the new location.
To bulk copy over risks, you can use the 'Select To Copy' column on the left hand side to check the relevant risks over to the new branch. Please note, you are only able to bulk copy from the current listing page showing. If you checked a handful and changed page, you will lose your data. If you have lots of risks to copy over at once, you can expand the listing to show 100 risks at one time to minimise the number of times you will need to copy over data as applicable.
Once you have selected the relevant risks that you would like to copy, you can then select the 'Copy Multiple Risks' button at the bottom left hand side of the page. All checked risks will show on a new page, and you are able to select which new branch you would like to copy these risks over to.
Once these have been bulk-copied over, you can then Edit each risk to amend any details required at the new branch location as applicable.
