Quality Assurance Module

The Engage Quality Assurance module allows users to create QA Events in Engage, which can then be investigated and reported on via the appropriate contacts. 

Anyone in Engage has the ability to create a new QA event, either through the web or the Engage app. You can create a new event by clicking on QA & Compliance / Event Management / "New Event" on the web, or the 'QA & Compliance' button on the app. 

Fill in the form, note that any fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields: 

Once a new QA Event has been submitted, the QA contacts against the branch that was selected, as well as the Company QA contact receives an email notification alerting them that there has been a new event submitted. 

To set up your QA contacts, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Branches / "Edit" and add the relevant employees to the Branch QA Compliance Contact(s) field : 

You can add your QA company contact by clicking on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "Edit". 

Once an alert has come through, the branch and company QA contacts can investigate the event by clicking on QA & Compliance / Event Management / "Complete Event Report" : 

From here, you have the ability to assign a specific reviewer, expand the Reported Event Details section to view the base information, as well as complete a variety of queries to close off the QA event on the investigation form. 

If you "View" the event, it breaks it down into various tabs to allow you to view the event details, the investigation information, any attachments, details of any people / witnesses involved, any actions that are relevant to this QA event, as well as a change log. 

You also have the ability to download an event report to a PDF, which includes all information as well as your company branding. 

All information from this QA module pulls through to the Engage Report Builder, and can be extracted to excel as required.
