Completing a reCAPTCHA Check

Engage may occasionally ask you to complete a reCAPTCHA check. This security check helps confirm that the person using the site is human rather than an automated program.
Before you begin
A reCAPTCHA check is a normal security measure. Complete the check before continuing with the action you were taking.
Quick steps
- Select the requested images or complete the displayed task.
- Select Verify.
- If the image task is difficult, use the audio option instead.
1 Complete the challenge
Follow the instructions shown in the reCAPTCHA window, select the required images, and then select Verify.
2 Use the audio alternative
Select the headphones icon to use an audio challenge instead of an image challenge. This can be useful if the images are unclear or difficult to distinguish.
3 If the check keeps returning
Clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem continues, contact Engage Support and tell us which page you were using when the check appeared.
