Quick Reports

Quick Reports are commonly required reports that pull everything into a quick and easy format for you.
Our current Quick Reports include:
Training
- Renewals in the next 90 days
- Overdue Training Renewals
- Training completed in the last 90 days
- Incomplete Mandatory trainings
- Incomplete Induction trainings
Assets
- Maintenance due in the next 90 Days
- Overdue Asset Maintenance
- Maintenance that has been completed in the last 90 Days
- Maintenance spend over the last 90 Days
- Maintenance spend over a 12 month period
We also plan to expand our Quick Reports into other areas of Engage, so watch this space.
Please note, what you will see in these reports will depend on your Authorities given.
You are able to customise your Quick Reports further with the Filters at the top as needed, and then you can extract the information into your preferred format by clicking on Copy / CSV / Excel / Print on the side.
