Activity Overview

The Engage Activity Overview report allows you to see a full breakdown of all H&S related reporting factors on one screen.
Please note, only those who have Admin: Companies authority are able to see this report.
You are able to customise your Time Period and Branch as required, and you can hover over the line graphs for a full break-down comparison on your Incidents and Hazards.
Identify overdue actions and mandatory training
The Activity Overview / branch report now includes summaries of overdue actions and overdue mandatory training, making it easier to identify work that needs follow-up.
- Overdue actions: review outstanding actions that have passed their due date and follow up with the people responsible.
- Overdue mandatory training: identify mandatory training that is overdue and coordinate the required training with the relevant employees and managers.
Use these summaries alongside the underlying action and training records to understand what needs attention and plan the next steps. Record progress and completion in the relevant action or training record.
If you wanted to see this information in a table format to compare Branch statistics, you can click on the Table toggle to switch to a grid view as required. This information can be extracted into CSV / Excel / PDF via the buttons available above 'LTI Days Recorded':
