To access company level contacts, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "Edit". Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority will have the ability to access this page.
Admin Employee Contact
The individual listed as the admin employee contact will appear on various emails where a company contact is required, such as uniform orders to suppliers. They also have the ability to be CC'd into all Engage emails if the 'Alert to Admins' field is checked.
Health and Safety Employee Contact
The person listed as the company H&S contact will be able to see and investigate all incidents, hazards and feedback that is recorded. They will also be the individual that is notified if an incident or hazard is recorded as happening at at 'Other' location, rather than a specific branch. If you wanted other branch H&S contacts to view an incident that happened at an 'other' location, you can assign them as reviewers on the incident investigation page.
QA Compliance Contact (Please note this is an additional module in Engage)
The QA Compliance contact can see, investigate, and will be notified for all submitted QA Events. They will also be the only individual who will receive a notification to a new QA event if the location is set as 'Other' rather than a branch.
Payroll Manager(s)
This field is able to be used when attaching 'Other' documents to an employee and having the 'Payroll Manager' field checked. Please note, the payroll manager(s) will need to have view permission in order to see the employee records where these documents are stored.
Asset Manager(s)
Any employees listed as an Asset Manager will be able to view / edit ALL assets in a company, as well as add new assets to Engage. Any changes made to an asset will be captured in a change log.
Hazardous Substance Manager(s) (Please note this is an additional module in Engage)
Any employees listed as Hazardous Substance Managers are able to create / edit / add emergency response procedures and documents to all hazardous substances within a company. Any changes made to a Hazardous Substance will be captured in a change log.
'Over Allocations Action' contacts
This field is specific to Uniform Ordering. You are able to set up a variety of ordering requirements based on your business needs. Anyone who is marked as an Over Allocation Approver will receive an email notification once the ordering requirements are met, and is then able to approve/decline the order via the Engage Dashboard or the Engage mobile app.
