Branch Level Contacts

To access branch level contacts, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Branches / "Edit" next to the specific branch. Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority will have the ability to access this page. 


Admin Employee Contact

The individual listed as the admin employee contact at branch level is able to be used in uniform or capex approval processes as required. 

Division Manager

The Division Manager set up at branch level is used in capex and uniform approval processes as required. 

Branch Manager(s)

The Branch Managers are able to approve any expense claims that are submitted for employees associated with this branch, as well as be used in uniform approval processes as required. 

Branch H&S Contact(s)

The person listed as the branch H&S contact will be able to see and investigate all incidents, hazards and feedback that is recorded specific to the branch that they are a H&S contact against. Please note they will not see incidents relating to a different branch if they are not listed as a H&S contact for that branch. If you wanted other branch H&S contacts to view an incident that happened at different branch, you can assign them as reviewers on the incident investigation page. All H&S contacts across all branches will appear on the Assign Reviewer drop-down. Anyone listed as a branch H&S contact will also have their name, job title, branch, email, and contact number appear under Health & Safety / H&S Contacts, which can be viewed by all staff. 

External H&S Notification Contact(s)

You are able to include one or more external contact(s) to notify if an incident is submitted within a particular branch. This function is useful in situations where a branch is deemed a job site or is not a location that is owned by the business and a contact offsite requires a notification when an incident occurs. 

Branch QA Compliance Contact(s) (Please note this is an additional module in Engage)

The branch QA Compliance contact can see, investigate, and will be notified for all submitted QA Events within their allocated branch(es). 

'Over Allocations Action' contacts

This field is specific to Uniform Ordering. You are able to set up a variety of ordering requirements based on your business needs. Anyone who is marked as an Over Allocation Approver will receive an email notification once the ordering requirements are met, and is then able to approve/decline the order via the Engage Dashboard or the Engage mobile app.
