Engage provides you with the ability to add multiple companies to one Engage site as needed. Please note this feature is only recommended in instances where you have multiple companies to one entity (organization structure), and these operate mostly independent of each other. Any reporting, employee records, incidents etc will be completely separate depending on the company that is selected.
Setting up new Company
To set up a new company, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "New" and fill in the form. Note that any fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields.
If you require reporting that is in conjunction with another area of your business, or you would like all of your employee records to show in one list, it is recommended to consider adding an additional
Branch instead of a Company where needed. To learn more about Branches, please click

Once your second company has been saved, you are able to jump between the two separate companies by clicking on your company name in the top right-hand side of Engage once you have logged in. Please be mindful of which company you are using when creating a new employee / checking the Dashboard / recording a new Incident etc, as any data entered via the chosen company will not be visible to the other company, and cannot be transferred over.
Authorities
To allow users the ability to jump between companies, they will need to have Admin: Organization authority, which is the highest level of authority an individual can be given in Engage.
Once an employee has been set up under either company, their given authorities (such as Admin: Branches) will only reflect the company that their record has been set against, and they will not be able to see the branches from the other company.
Cross-Overs
There are a small handful of areas that cross over when creating a second company. These include Contractors, Uniform Products and Suppliers, Roles, and Form Templates. All other areas will need to be re-done separate to the original company to reflect the new companies' Branches and requirements.
