Custom Alerts

If you have a situation where you would like to be reminded about how long an employee has been with a company (such as for the 90 day trial period or for a re-induction after 6 months), you are able to create Custom Alerts. To do this, click on Customer Admin / Custom Alerts and create a 'New Runtime'. Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority will be able to see this menu option. 

We send email alerts to the specified recipients 1 week prior and on the day of the run time due date. This is calculated based on the employee's given Start Date. 

The potential recipients include the Employee themselves, their Direct Manager, or the employee listed as the Company Admin (Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "Edit" / Company Admin field). 



If you ever wanted to stop these notifications, you can click on 'Stop Runtime' next to the specific notification to pause the notifications as required.
