If you use lots of different pieces of software / internet pages (alongside Engage), what some Engage users have done is utilised our Quick Links function to make Engage a 'central hub' to store direct links to all other external software that is used. This could include a particular training resource, access to H&S legislation, a payroll site, etc.
This makes things a bit easier instead of trying to customise a large number of employee's desktops to include these as shortcuts.
- Click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "View", note that only those with Admin: Companies authority will be able to see this page.
- Click on 'Add New Quick Link' and include the title (How it is referred to internally) as well as the link URL. We have a selection of icons to choose from to make your quick link unique.
- Feel free to add as many Quick Links as you like, note that these will be shared with all Engage users.
