Once you submit a form on your Engage app, it pulls through to the web and can be accessed via the Forms tab on your employee bio, or under Forms / Reports or Forms / Completed forms if you have the Forms: Manage authority. It will no longer be available on the app once submitted to ensure the app does not take up to much space, and that the load times on your app are kept speedy.
If you did want to have access to the completed form PDF on the Engage app however, such as if you needed to refer back to a pre-start, you can do this by following these steps to ensure you get a downloadable copy available on completion of your Form:
- When creating your Form template, ensure you have a bindable element - such as a Radio Group button. EG:

- Once you are happy with your form, save your template and assign to the relevant employees as required.
- Click 'View' on the Form Template and go to the Alerts tab. Select your bindable element from the drop-down (such as Yes from the question shown above), and then ensure that 'Create Action' is checked. Fill in your Action information, and ensure that the person who will receive the action is the 'Employee Completing Form', then click Save.
- Employees who complete the form and select 'Yes' on the bindable element can then pop to the Your Actions button on their Engage app to find their recently assigned action. If they click on Form Actions, and then 'View' next to their action, they will see a 'Download PDF' button at the bottom of this page, which contains a copy of the completed form that they can download onto their mobile device.
- To mark the action as Complete once the form is downloaded, click on 'Update' next to the action and change the status over to 'Complete' to remove the action from your listing page.
