Taking your Training Records 'To Go'

If you or one of your employees is headed off somewhere else, you may want to consider taking your Training Records with you before you leave.
To download your own personal Training Record, you can do this by clicking on Employees / "View" next to your profile on the web version of Engage. From there, you can pop to the Training tab, and click on Download Training PDF:
This will allow you to export all completed training, dates, ID photo, and Driver's licence information as well if applicable. Please note that this PDF will contain your current company branding.
When you start your next journey, you can then use this information to get a head start with your new training requirements.
