How to Reply to Feedback

If you have received an alert that an employee has placed a new Feedback, Idea, or has recommended another employee, you have the ability to respond to them via the Feedback tab. 

To respond to an employee's feedback, you can pop to Health and Safety / Feedback, and then click 'View' on the relevant feedback. Under the 'Feedback Details' tab, you can click on the Reply button to respond. From there, you will start to build a chat-like thread on this screen. Please note, only the employee that submitted the feedback, the employee's manager, the branch H&S contacts, or those with Admin: Companies authority will have the ability to respond to the feedback. 




When you reply, you also have the ability to upload documents, that can be accessed via the Documents tab when viewing the feedback, or change the status of the feedback. Reviewed means that it is under progress (EG there is an action that needs to be completed, or further ideas that need to be bounced), and Closed sets the status of the feedback to closed.
