How to Fill in / Complete your Assigned Forms

You can then click on the Forms tab on your employee bio to show all forms that you have available, as well a list of any previously completed forms. 

To complete a specific form, click on the paper plane icon to complete it. There is a search bar that you can use if you have a lot of forms to sift through. Once you click on that icon, you will be taken to a new page to fill in your form. If you have any queries about your form, please contact your manager. 

If you want to view a completed form, you can view the PDF by clicking on the eyeball icon next to your completed form. This will download a copy of the PDF with your companies' branding on it. 

To complete a form on the Engage app, click on the Forms button:

You will then see a list of forms that you have been assigned - please note that we do not store completed forms on the Engage app as we do not want to take up a significant amount of storage on your smartphone!

You can click on the form that you want to complete, note that there is a search function at the top of the screen if you have a large number of forms to sift through. 

You can then complete your form, note that any fields with a red asterisk are mandatory fields. If you are in an area of unstable internet connection, or would like to revisit your form later - you can click on the Save button in the top right hand corner of your form to save your progress. You can then open your saved form later (which will appear at the top of the Forms listing screen), and then submit your completed form when ready.
