A policy tracking report is available via the Customer Admin section. By clicking on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies (or Branches or Employee Roles) / "View" next to the relevant company, and then pop to the Policies tab. From here, you can click on 'View Acknowledgements' to show a report of who has and has not yet read a specific policy:
The report will include the Date and Time of acknowledgement, and will calculate a percentage based on the number of employees that have access to the policy.
If required, you are able to resend a policy acknowledgement email to those that haven't read the policy, as a friendly reminder. This can be done via the "resend" icon next to the policy name on the list of uploaded policies.
If applicable, you can send reminder notifications to specific employees as required, note that only those that have not yet read the policy will appear on this resend notification list:
