1) QA Changes

  • We have added a new Dashboard widget for the QA module to show any newly recorded events for the Branch and Company QA Contacts. 


  • ALL employees can view all of the QA Events, including investigation and action data, however only those that are marked as Branch or Company QA contacts will have the ability to investigate. 

  • If you wanted to Delete a QA Event, we now prompt the person deleting it to add in a deletion reason. 



  • We have added in a new QA Contacts page that shows you details of the QA contacts at branch level for reference. 


2) Incidents

We have included a number of new incident types and sub types, including the following: 
- Safety Observation - Ergonomic Concern
- Safety Observation - Housekeeping Issue
- Safety Observation - Policy / Procedure Breach
- Safety Observation - Unsafe Condition
- Aggression / Violence - Psychological Threat
- Environmental - Natural Event
- Environmental - Lighting Issue
- Envronmental - Fire Damage
- Near Miss - Unsafe Process
- Property Damage - Asset Fault / Failure

3) Links in report builder


You can now link to an incident / hazard / risk and QA event directly from the report builder.




4) Filters / search on incident page is now retained if you click to view an incident and then go back to the incident listing page.


5) Incident email notifications now identify whether it is an Incident, a Safety Observation or a Near Miss in the subject line and body of the email.




6) Feedback page - new filters


You are now able to filter feedback entries on the feedback listing screen by branch (of the person entering the feedback), Type and Status.
