Hazards
We have made a number of changes with regards to our Hazards module to reflect the same process as our Incidents module.
This includes:
- Additional filters on the listing page
- More visible columns for easier transparency
- We have introduced a colour scheme to make it easier to see which hazards have not yet been closed out
- You can no longer close a Hazard report if there are open actions attached to it
- You can now assign a reviewer to a hazard, which works in the same function as Incidents
- You can now link Hazardous Substances and QA Events to Hazards when completing the investigation
- We have further expanded the PDF download to include more information
- You can Delete Hazards with a requirement to provide a deletion reason. Any deleted hazards will be retained, but will not be included in reporting.
Intuto
We have been working behind the scenes to improve our API connection with Intuto (https://www.intuto.com/)
This includes improvements with renewal accessibility and a more engaging experience on the Engage app.
Emergency Contact Email Alert
You can now select at company level whether or not you would like your organisation to receive our emergency contact reminder email. This email is sent twice a year at the moment.
You can switch this on an off if you go to Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / View / Notifications:
Employee Selector on Forms
You can now add the employee selector field to your forms that allows you to select one, multiple or all staff.
Arrows have also been added to the form segments to make moving them up and down the page simpler. The drag and drop function is still available.
Staff Turnover Report
You can now click on the "count" sections of the staff turnover report to view the data that makes up the counted figure.
