ASSIGNING FORMS

To make the form assignment process easier, we have removed the option of ‘Scheduler’ from the Forms option on the blue side menu.

To assign a form, you will either be prompted to assign on saving your template, or you can click on the Assign button next to the form template:

To see who has been assigned to a form, you can click ‘View’ on the form template, and pop to the Schedules tab, then click ‘View’ on the particular schedule that you would like to see more of. This section will also show you any completed forms from each schedule that has been assigned:

If an employee has already been assigned to a schedule, this will be picked up and highlighted to alert you of any potential duplicates. If you did not want duplicate forms, you can Edit an existing schedule as needed:

You will now also be able to assign your form to one or more Branches:

EDITING FORMS

You can now Edit any submitted forms as required. Please note, only those with the Forms: Manage authority, or Admin: Companies will be able to do this.

Editing submitted forms will allow you to be able to amend spelling mistakes or correct certain answers, which will work well if you are required to give a copy of your forms to external parties. Any changes made to the form will be captured in the change log that is visible when viewing the completed form.

To Edit a form, click on Forms / Completed Forms, then View the form you would like to make amendments to. Click on the Change Log tab, and then click on Edit Form. Once you save, this will be reflected in the Change Log, as well as on the downloadable PDF and the Form Reports.
