How to complete Training on the Engage App

If you do not yet have the Engage App installed, click here to learn how to download the app onto your smartphone. 

To complete your training, click on the Training button on your Engage app:


You can either scroll or use the Search function at the top of the screen to find the course that you would like to complete. 

Once you have found it, you can click on Go To Course to be taken straight to the training course. Once you have completed your course, the completion date will pull through to Engage. You will be notified by email 4 weeks prior to when this training is next due to expire. 


Please note, Third Party training may not be enabled for your company, so this feature may be unavailable. If you are interested in learning more about our Third Party training providers, please contact support@engagesolutions.co.nz for more information. 

If you have role-based training courses that are not connected to our Third Party Training Providers, you will be able to view any certificates that have been uploaded next to your training course by clicking on View Certificates under the training listing.
