How to Acknowledge Policies and Procedures on the Engage App

To acknowledge a Policy or Procedure, click on the Policies button on your Engage app:

You can either scroll or use the Search function to find the specific document that you are after. 

Any documents that have not yet been read will show a red triangle icon, and any documents that have been acknowledged will have a green tick next to them. 

    

If you click View next to a document, you will see this message pop up: 

By clicking on Yes, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read and comprehend the information contained within the document, and to consult with your supervisor/manager if you have any queries regarding its contents. 

Once you have read through the document, the flag will change from the red triangle to the green tick. You can still refer back to any documents that have a green tick as you need to.
