Actions are tasks that get assigned to employees throughout various areas of Engage. To learn more about Actions, please click here.
If you have the Admin: Companies authority set against your Engage profile, you will have the ability to view a summary of all actions that have been assigned throughout the company.
To access these, click on the Actions Summary button on your Engage Dashboard:
Or via Reports / Actions Summary:
This report allows you to see the status of Actions throughout the company, including where actions are generated.
You also have the ability to use filters as required and customise the date range as needed.
Any actions that are overdue will be highlighted in Red:
If you click View next to the action, it will take you directly to the source to be able to refer back as needed.
All other employees have the ability to view their own assigned actions either on the Engage App, or via the Actions tab on their employee bio which is accessible on the web login portal of Engage.
