The Engage Feedback module allows you to submit a new idea, suggest an improvement, or recommend a colleague in your company. To learn more about our Feedback module, please click

The feedback module works similarly to the way messaging works on your smart phone, allowing you to have a conversation about your idea, improvement, or recommendation.
Once feedback has been submitted, your manager, and your Branch H&S contacts will receive an email notification, and have the ability to reply to your submitted feedback.
To submit feedback, you will need to scroll down slightly on your Engage App home page to find the Feedback button:
Once you click on that button, you will be asked to note whether you are submitting a New idea, and Improvement, or Recommending a colleague. Note that the fields on this page with a red asterisk are mandatory fields that will need to be filled in in order to submit your feedback. If you are recommending someone, you will need to select their name from a drop-down list.
If applicable, you can also add attachments to show things like quotes, evidence, or a concept to back up your feedback suggestion.
Once you click Save, your feedback will be submitted, and your Manager and Branch H&S contacts will receive an email.
If you wanted to check on the status of your feedback, you can click on the listing button in the top right-hand corner after clicking on the Feedback button:
This will show you a listing page with all of your previous feedbacks. To view more information, or add a reply to your feedback, click on the View icon to see more information.
If you scroll down on the View page, you will find the conversation page regarding your feedback. To reply, you can click on the Reply button to add to the conversation:
