If you do not yet have the Engage App installed, click here to learn how to download the app onto your smartphone.
Once you have downloaded the Engage app, you will be prompted to add your email and password. If you have not received your Engage login email, please contact your manager for more information.
There are 3 types of login to access the app depending on your company's setup; we have our standard login, our SSO login, and our PIN login. If you are unsure which one to use, please contact your manager to clarify.
If you have forgotten your password, there is a 'Forgot Password?' button that allows you to reset your password. Simply follow the prompts to get this reset.
Once you have logged in, you will be greeted by our home page. There are a variety of other Knowledge Base articles that help to explain each of these buttons and their functions as needed.
If you wanted to log out of Engage, click on your profile picture in the top right hand side when viewing the home page.
Once you have clicked here, there is a 'Sign Out' button that will take you back to the login page as needed.
