How to create a new Prequalification Template

To create a new Prequalification Template, click on Contractors / Templates / 'New Template'. Please note that only those with the Contractor: Manage authority will have the ability to access this page.
There are a handful of example questions (based on WorkSafe NZ guidance) that pre-populate your new template. You have the ability to delete these, or add new questions as required.
When adding a new question, you have the option to include the following question types:
- Text Area - For collecting a sentence / paragraph of information
- Single Choice - For selecting a single answer from multiple options
- Multi Choice - For selecting one or more answers from multiple options
- File Upload - To allow for a document upload against a question
- File Upload with Expiry Date - To allow for a document upload against a question with a date picker attached
- Date Picker - A date select field
You also have the ability to decide whether each question is mandatory or not. The contractor will not be able to submit their Prequalification without completing all mandatory questions.
Once you have saved your template, you will be able to submit it against contractors for them to complete once they have connected with your company.
