How to add your companies' Safety Approach in Engage

To add your Safety Approach to your Engage, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "View" and click on Our Safety Approach tab. 

Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority will be able to see and adjust this page. To learn more about Authorities in Engage, please click here. 


After you have finished your Safety Approach, you have the option of either Updating (which will be accessible to all employees, or Updating and Make Private, which means that this will only be accessible by those with Admin: Companies authority. 


Once the Safety Approach is due for renewal, an automated action will be assigned to the Responsible Employee to review and complete as required. 

Any changes that get made to the Safety Approach will be captured in the Change Log. 

You can also download a PDF copy of your Safety Approach which will include your company branding. 


If made public, employees will be able to access a copy of the Safety Approach by clicking on Health and Safety / Our Safety Approach.
