Assigning Confidential incident Contact(s)

The Confidential incident Contact(s) are individuals assigned by the company to be able to be NOTIFIED of, and VIEW / REVIEW logged incidents that are either Aggression / Violence, or Psychosocial / Mental Health. Please note those individuals that are marked as confidential incident contacts will not be able to see any other incident types without being a Health and Safety representative. To assign a user/users as Confidential incident Contact(s) navigate to, Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies, EDIT that page, scroll down the page until you see 'Confidential incident Contact' select the user from the drop down, and then scroll down and SAVE.
