This release includes the following changes:
1) New SWMS module
- The ability to create SWMS templates and active SWMS documents.
- Access via web and mobile.
- Create information about a particular job including a break down of tasks linked to risks, employees and PPE etc.
- Real time acknowledgements of changes to the SWMS documents.
- Downloadable onto PDF as well as available on the screen.
2) New Psychosocial incident type and confidential incident pathway.
- New incident type and associated subtypes.
- New confidential H&S contacts - they will be notified about any Aggression / Bullying / Psychosocial incidents; they will be the only ones to view these incidents but will have the ability to reassign to a branch H&S if required.
3) Login email format changes
- Login details no longer displayed on email - instead we provide a link for users to create their own password.
- Modification to password control - we now recommend a minimum of 12 characters and suggest using a passphrase instead of a single word.
4) Additional Critical Risk changes.
- New PDF download at risk level.
- If risk is classed as critical then at least one control measure must be flagged as critical.
- A new warning advising you to ensure review period of risk is correct for a critical risk.
