Within Engage there is a central calendar that holds information about every event occurring within your organisation. The calendar is accessible by all users of the system, but the data visible within each user's calendar is controlled by authorities. To learn more about Authorities, please click

The calendar is available via the web or the mobile app.
In the calendar, you have the option to filter and choose calendar event type as required.
You also have the ability to add a 'New Event' to the calendar by clicking on a date.
You have the option to invite employees to attend an event, and once saved, they will receive an email notification about the event where they will be able to accept or decline.
Please note that fields with a red asterisk are mandatory fields.
