Release Notes - December 2018
The December 2018 release introduced security, Dashboard, Employee, serial-number, driver, Leave, Calendar and Organisation Chart changes.

A CAPTCHA checkbox was added to the Engage login process.
Users could select the information displayed on their Dashboard through the settings control beside My Dashboard.
Dashboard selections were saved at user level.
Selecting an Employee's image from the listing opened a summary of key Employee information without requiring the full Employee Bio.
An Other document type was added to the Documents tab in the Employee Bio.
The uploader could select who was authorised to access the document.
A Serial Number Register was added under Orders, allowing users to search recorded serial numbers and identify the Employee assigned the item.
Applicable serial numbers were also included in the termination report.
The Driver Licence section received fields for Registered in TORO and Registered in Driver Check.
The fields supported reporting on whether a driver had been registered in those NZTA services.
A Leave tab was added to the Employee Bio. Recorded Leave dates were also displayed on the Calendar and Dashboard.
At the time of release, this was a listing of Leave dates and did not maintain minimum or maximum Leave balances.
The Calendar received filters allowing users to display selected Event Types.
A full Company Organisation Chart was added.
At the time of release, it was available through Customer Admin > Organisation > Companies > View > Organisation Chart.
