Desktop Notifications

Desktop notifications; we now provide the ability to “delete all”.

Expiring Work Permits

We have provided a new icon against loaded work permits that allow you to change the status of the work permit and make it “inactive”. This icon will only be available to those with “admin / company” authority levels. Changing the status of the visa will stop work permit expiry emails from being sent and will allow you to retain work permit history. 

Status changes will be recorded in the change log.

The work permit data and associated status’s will be available in the employee report within the report builder.

A new report has been created on the report builder which is entitled “Tasks”. This report provide relevant information on all tasks set up within Engage and will advise the source of the task, the person responsible and the number of days that the task has been open.

As with other reports, this report works on a hierarchical basis and users will only see the information that is relevant to them.

We now provide a separate “certificate” field in the complete training section within the employee bio. 

The saved certificate number will be accessible through the worker training record and can be reported on within the training report on the report builder.
