Accessing Company Details

To view or edit details of your company, click on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "View" or "Edit" as required. Please note, only those with Admin: Companies authority have the ability to do this. 

The company will initially be set up during implementation by the Engage team, but you are able to edit at a later stage as required.



In the "View" tab, you also have the ability to edit company policies, procedures, certificates, upload leave balances, view the company Org Chart, list your critical risks, review mobile notifications, and set the Quick Links for employee Dashboards. 




Company Employee Contacts

At Company level, you are required to enter some main contacts. These can be accessed by clicking on Customer Admin / Organisation / Companies / "Edit" next to the applicable company, and include:

Admin Employee Contact - This is the main administrator for Engage, and appears as the main contact in certain emails such as Uniform emails and Booking Training. 

Health and Safety Employee Contact - The person set as the company H&S contact will be able to see all incidents on the Incident listing page, as well as Hazards and Feedback, and will receive an email notification for any incidents that have "Other" set as their location, rather than a branch. 

QA Compliance Contact - The person set as the Company QA contact will be able to see, be notified, and investigate all QA Events. 

Payroll Manager(s) - This people here have the potential to view "Other" documents that are loaded against an employee where 'Payroll Manager' is allowed as a view recipient. 

Asset Manager(s) - Any individuals loaded as an asset manager here will be able to add new / see / edit all company assets, as well as receive notifications for expiring maintenance. Please note this is separate to the Assets: Manage authority, which allows individual to manage the assets that are assigned to them only. 

Hazardous Substance Manager(s) - The people loaded as Haz Subs Managers have the ability to create new / edit / delete / add actions to, and create emergency response procedures for all hazardous substances within a company. 

Over Allocations Actions Approvers - Depending on the instruction given, the individual listed as the approver in over allocations will be able to approve / decline any uniform products ordered. 

Changing your Company Logo

To change the company logo that appears on all exported PDF documents throughout Engage, as well as a number of emails, you can do this by clicking on the camera icon under the first tab (Company Details) when viewing your company. 

You are able to zoom out / drag the blue box to get your company logo to fit. Once you are happy with the position, you can click 'Set as Logo' for this to take effect. 


Company Policies

To upload a new Company Policy, click on Policies / 'Add New Company Policy'. 



All employees within the company can access these under the Documents / Policies tab of their Employee Bio.



Engage provides you with the ability to see the acknowledge rate of all employees. Click the 'View' icon to learn more about the employees that have and have not yet read the company policy.

Company Procedures

You also have the ability to Add New Procedures in Engage. 



These can be allocated to specific roles and branches as required. 

Once uploaded, you have the ability to view documents, edit, view the change log, and delete as required. 

Employees can view these policies under the Documents / Procedures section of their Employee Bio, where they can view, download, or copy the hyperlink as necessary.



Certificates

You can also add company Certificates to through Engage under the 'Certificates' tab. 

Once uploaded, you have the ability to view, download, and delete as required.

Leave Balance Sheets

To upload a leave balance sheet, click on the 'Add New Leave Balance Sheet' button and upload the relevant file. 

Leave balance sheets can be extracted through the Engage Report Builder. To learn more about the report builder, please click here.

Organization Chart

The Organization Chart is also found here, which displays a visual breakdown of your company and its hierarchy. Any time an employee's manager is changed, this dynamically updates the company Org Chart. 


Critical Risks

You can enter your company's 11 critical risks here, which will appear on the critical risk section of the incident investigation page, and will pull through on Report Builder where these critical risks have been linked to an incident investigation.  



Mobile Notifications

Mobile notifications can be managed here, which switches the mobile notifications on / off for your employees as needed. 



Quick Links

Quick Links can be set up here, which will be reflected on all of your employee's Dashboards. These are completely customisable depending on your companies' requirements, and can feature external websites as necessary.
