Health and Safety Documents

The Health and Safety documents section allows you to upload health and safety specific documentation that you wish to share with all employees and contractors.

Only nominated health and safety contacts and those with Admin: Companies authority can add and edit documents in this section.

To upload or edit documents, simply go to the Health and Safety / Documents section from the main menu. 



You have the option to upload your own documentation or you can select from the "Public Library" which contains relevant documents uploaded by the Engage team.

These documents can be viewed, downloaded and deleted if required.

Viewing the Documents

Employees can access the health and safety documents via the health and safety section (view only unless admin or health and safety rights) and via their employee bio.



Health and Safety Documents can also be viewed in the "Public Library" by those with full administrator authorities or nominated health and safety contacts. To learn more about authorities, please click here



Employees can also view these documents using their app by clicking on 'Your Profile' / Documents / H&S Documents.


All employees will receive a notification when a new Health and Safety document is added.
