Training courses and Health Checks can be booked by either the employee or the employee's manager depending on Engage authorities.

To book a training course, you can either click on Employees / 'View' next to the relevant employee / Training Tab / 'Book Training' next to the relevant training. Or, you can click on Orders / Book Training and fill in the relevant form.
To book a Health Check, you can either click on Employees / "View" next to the relevant employee / Health Check Tab / 'Book Health Check' next to the relevant check. Or, you can click on Orders / Book Health Check and fill in the relevant form.
When placing your order, you can choose your 'order type'. This includes:
- Place Order: This marks the training as booked without sending any notifications. It will appear on the dashboard widget under Booked Training, as well as the Calendar.
- Place Order and email employees only: This will work as per above, as well as email the employees that are booked on this particular training course.
- Place Order and email provider only: This will work as per above, as well as email the contact set against the Training Provider that is selected.
- Place Order and email provider and employees: This will work as per above, as well as email the contact set against the Training Provider that is selected, and the employees that are booked on this particular training course.
If you have chosen to email the provider, they will receive an email that looks similar to this.
The provider will be asked to acknowledge the order to confirm they received it, which will take them to a browser page that looks like this.
Once clicked, it will change the status of the order to Training Order Acknowledged, which will be captured in the workflow tab of the booking.
Once the training has then been completed, you can click on Orders / "View Orders" / "View" next to the applicable Training/Health Order.
From here, you can Update your order if you need to change the information, fully receive training to mark all employees as completing the training with one click, mark complete to individually mark training complete against each employee, substitute for if another employee stood in on behalf of someone else, or remove if a particular employee did not complete their training at all.
Once the training/health check has been marked as complete, the completion date will automatically pull through onto their profile and will pick up the next renewal date.
You are able to follow any changes / processes by checking the Workflow tab as needed.
