To place an order using the web, click on the Order button next to the employee's profile.
You will then be taken to the ordering screen where you can select your colour, size, and quantity of products. Depending on the approval process that has been set up at branch/company/supplier level, you may get a pop up notification show if you are trying to order in excess of your product allocation.
You can also add comments to each product if required.
When you reach your Order Summary page, this will detail the items in your cart. You have the ability to add in a reference or Purchase Order number at this stage.
To place an order via the app, click on Place Order :
Then select your name from the list (or the person you would like to place an order for, depending on your authorities) :
You will then be able to see a list of products you are able to order based on the uniform you are assigned.
To add a product to your cart, click on your Size, Colour, and Quantity, then click "Add to Cart". Note that there may be products under the 'Product Groups' or 'Others' button at the top of the screen.
Once you are happy with the products that are in your cart, click on the shopping trolley icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to view a summary of your cart.
If you are happy with the list, you can click on Go To Checkout to be taken to the final summary page before an order is formally placed.
The last page asks for some information regarding delivery location, PO references, and evidence for approvers if applicable. Once you are happy with everything, you can click on Place Order to send your order through. Note that there may be an approval process to receive your order, depending on what is set up within your company. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification once the order has been approved to let you know that it has officially gone to the supplier.
