Breaking down a large document with 'Procedures'

If you have a large document that is regularly used by employees, such as an employee handbook, or a detailed breakdown on specific ways to do certain things, some of our Engage users have broken their large documents down into small sections, and uploaded these as individual Procedure documents. 

This could be taking a 100 page document for example, and breaking this down into 30 separate 'Procedures' that are titled with the information the section pertains to. 

Your employees can then 'Search' for the specific part of the document that they would like to read, by either searching on the Engage app, or under 'Procedures' under Documents on their employee profile. 

You can also group your procedures into categories to allow for easy navigation around these documents. To view all documents as a list on the web, click on the magnifying glass to show the full list of documents instead.
