Competitions and Prizes

These can range from coming up with creative/useful Feedback within a set timeframe, encouraging users to complete a One-Off Form such as a survey, or seeing which branch can identify the most hazards. 

When rolling out the software initially, we have even had the idea of an 'Engage Treasure Hunt' used to see which employees can log an incident, complete their training which can include interactive courses made in our Third-Party LMS Intuto, or mark an action as complete etc to familiarise staff with where to find specific areas of Engage. A winner was selected at the end from those that managed to complete all of their tasks assigned.
