If you have recently hurt yourself in an accident and need to go to various medical appointments, sometimes it can be difficult to remember specific dates, times, and details around what happened.
What some Engage users have done is downloaded a copy of the Engage Incident Report for the employee to bring alongside their medical appointments, such as physios, GP's, chiropractors etc.
This Incident Report contains information on what happened, where things happened, dates and times, etc. This can be accessed by clicking on Employees / '"View" next to the employee / Incidents tab. Please note, accessing incident reports via this method does not include any incident investigation information. We recommend including just the information on the initial raised incident rather than the investigation side of things unless relevant for specific medical appointments.
Another example when this could come in handy is for insurance jobs for property damage as well so that they have the full picture regarding what has happened.
