Once you have logged in to Engage using our temporary password, you can change it by doing the following steps.

Changing Password via the Web
Once you have logged in to the web portal, if you click on your name in the top left-hand side of the screen, a drop-down will appear. From here, you can select Change Password.
If you enter the temporary password into the Current Password field, you can then enter your new password and Save when ready.
Please note your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, and one number.
Changing Password via the App
Once you have logged in to the app with our default password, you can change this to your own password by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand side of Engage:
You can then select Change Password:
If you enter the temporary password into the Current Password field, you can then enter your new password and Save when ready.
